1 cup rapadura sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp baking soda
2-3 tbs cup vegan butter
1/4 cup maple syrup/and or dark agave nectar
4 tbs almond milk (or any other non-dairy milk)
